Ann Arbor, MI
Pat - I want to add my thanks. You've been amazing through this whole process, and we're so grateful for your efforts to close this deal!
Looking forward to seeing you.
Being from out of town and out of state, I did not know where to start in finding a house in Ann Arbor. I selected the Charles Reinhart Compnay based on their excellent website, which provided me with a great deal more information then other real estate internet sites. Then came the luckiest break, I picked Ms. Pat Mueller as my Agent. I wish I could tell you that this was more than a random pick, but from the first contact, I realized I had a first rate real estate agent. On my first visit to the area, she arranged to show me more than several homes in my price range. After we found nothing suitable on my first visit, she continued to keep me informed of houses coming on the market that matched my criteria. On the second trip, we found a home and started the contract process. Wouldn't you know it, right after that, another home became available that was perfect for my situation. Based on my trust of Pat, I had her check it out for me, and she sent me videos of the whole place. Needless to say, it was what I was looking for, and Pat, without a hitch, shifted gears to secure the home. I cannot list all the things that Pat was able to assist me with, but she was always professional, had an outstanding grasp of the Ann Arbor real estate scene, and was always available to discuss any issues that came up. I can highly recommend Ms. Mueller as an agent you want on your side when buying a house in the Ann Arbor area.
Moving to a new state and purchasing a new home are so stressful, especially when your decisions impact the lives of your four children. We were overwhelmed by figuring out what the best value would be in terms of investment, not only in real estate, but also in our children's lives when selecting an area that afforded them the best opportunities in education.
That's where you were invaluable! We are so grateful for your expertise. You are knowledgeable in all of the areas surrounding Detroit and Ann Arbor, which were our target areas. You gave us insight into the schools in these areas, as well as the property values. We feel like we were able to make the perfect choice for our family solely because you gave us the necessary knowledge to make an informed decision on where to purchase our home!
Thank you for your patience. It was clear to us that you were more interested in making sure we had the time and resources to find our perfect home, rather than rushing us so you could make a sale. Our experience with you was delightful and I feel as if I've made a friend.

It is with boundless enthusiasm and gratitude I want to formally thank you for your absolutely outstanding work on my behalf while I was purchasing a home in Ann Arbor. This was my 9th property acquisition and by far the most difficult and protracted because of the issues with the sewer, the radon inspections and various misrepresentations by the seller. You handled these roadblocks with dogged determination and the dexterity of a detective seeking the truth. You were an outstanding advocate! Equally as important, I want to thank you for your professionalism, your solid ethics and your hard work.

Use technology and the Internet. No matter what some of the "older and more experienced" may tell you, you need the Internet to market in the real estate world today.
Activity in the first month of a listing is always the best, don't risk wasting it. Price too high, and scare off many buyers. Price too low, and you're leaving money on the table.
Studies show that home sellers who use a real estate agent to represent them generally get a better price than those who sell the home themselves.
